It looks like I did this last in sot/xija#143 . I haven't looked to see if we should find other instances and fix in aggregate. |

Description
I just noticed that the docs are failing to deploy. The error is:
I looked online and saw two options. One says to remove the trailing slash. I did not try that one, and instead went with what the sphinx docs say.

Tests not done - docs only change.

No functional testing.
