Reverts #675 ``` The StatefulSet "searcher" is invalid: spec: Forbidden: updates to statefulset spec for fields other than 'replicas', 'ordinals', 'template', 'updateStrategy', 'persistentVolumeClaimRetentionPolicy' and 'minReadySeconds' are forbidden ```  pvc template is immutable in STS and the PR changed the value. it will break for all existing deployment
