data: add DailyStory Startup Program

What changed

Adds one new vendor YAML for DailyStory and one startup offer under its publicly named Startup Program. The offer records 12 months of free marketing automation for up to 10,000 active contacts per month, the included program benefits, the SMS exclusion, the public application route, and the general Terms' credit-card clause without asserting that the program itself requires a card.

Research and drafting were AI-assisted; the first-party sources and final YAML were checked against each other before submission.
