The docutainer policy mentions that docutainers can merge guidebook pull requests, which implies they also have maintainer permissions to the content repository. For the UI lead section, it should not be "which."

Etiquette can probably be put in a more general document for PR reviews so that this doc is focused solely on document review on top of the regular PR review guidelines.
