Initial Release

• uses rail/lephare to generate photometric redshifts from Roman multiband catalogs
• simple "simulation" code to generate roman magnitudes for galaxies at different redshifts from the LePhare model grids
• scripts to generate simulated Roman raw data, calibrated exposures, coadds, and associated catalogs to test photo-z performance
