Addresses a number of issues from jusi-2578:

Bugs:

• Bug: when selecting a full month range, the histogram is only showing the last week of data
• Bug: the dashboard numbers of my personal account don't match if I pull them from my individual account and admin team account
• Add link to Rdox page explaining credits

UX updates:

• The color-code of the credit type is not accessible for colorblind folks. Pick colors that are accessible or add shading/texture.
• Change "Total credits" to "Credits" , leave other categories as they are
• Remove pie chart
• Change the name of the table: "Credit Summary for Total credit usage" -> " Cumulative credits for #account name# over selected period of time"
• I think that having the possibility to visualize either personal or team credits from the dashboard is cool. However, I think that having the "Total credit" option doesn't really make sense. there is no point is summing up credits from personal and team accounts. Simply remove that option and the cake plot
• Team drop down --> rename to account drop down
• Historgram: the color legend should be consisted throughout the categories. E.g. if egress is green, the egress-only histogram should be in green
• Histogram - the plot range is set by the days with data. It should be set based on the time from the dropdown. How will the plot behave if/when we have a year of data?
