seqFISH pipeline doesn't appear on ReadTheDocs pipeline examples

Description

seqFISH pipeline doesn't appear on ReadTheDocs pipeline examples.
It should be added to examples/pipelines/ so sphinx can generate the HTML docs for it.
Afterwards RTD will automatically add it to the website.

Before preparing a compatible version for sphinx we need to resolve the differences between the notebook version in notebooks/ and python version in notebooks/py/.
