Update spegel community pack to 0.0.30(latest)

Tested the spegel 0.0.30 in the private registry.
Able to create the profile from the pack
Able to deploy cluster using this profile
Checked the pods and the image used
Verified the upgrade of cluster from spegel 0.0.26 to 0.0.30
