Modifies gmag.py, the THEMIS load.py script, and test_themis.py to support loading stations from the USGS variometer network. The modifications to load.py were due to the USGS variometers having a unique path format in contrast to the regular magnetometers, and needed an indication if a station name belonged to the variometer network (akin to the Greenland stations).
