v1.5 - Colored popups, and optional borders

This release only adds new functionality for users using the latest Nightly build, but should work for other users once the update rolls out to the main release channel.

Added custom popup styling, untested on light themes.
Added optional borders, and a setting for the custom accent/highlight color.
Added optional bottom border setting.
Fixed issue #5, updates won't break now.
