This release replaces the ubuntu-2018-built stitching binary with one targeting the centos-7 operating system. This is to ensure that requirements on GLIBC are as minimal as possible, due to CentOS 7 being released in 2014.

This release contains built copies of stitching using workflow_dispatch on main.

NB: This release contains the ubuntu-18.04 binaries from the previous r20220903 release, because binaries can no longer be built using the ubuntu-18.04 runner.
