We build production-grade security & identity tech for the public good using open-source software.
On GitHub, we develop and maintain libraries and tooling you can run in the real world—mostly in Kotlin Multiplatform—so everyone can build safer systems faster.
Important
Sponsorship ≠ endorsement!
We’re greteful for community support, but sponsorship does not imply our endorsement of any sponsor’s activities, products, or views. We reserve the right to end sponsorship we consider harmful or a conflict of interest. If sponsorship misrepresents our work or values, we may block the sponsoring account, decline sponsorship and redirect an equivalent amount to charity at our discretion.
Because of this, we cannot automatically list past sponsors.
Why sponsor us
Open source keeps critical security infrastructure moving—but maintenance, reviews, and upstreaming don’t fund themselves. Your sponsorship helps us:
- Maintain and evolve core crypto & PKI libraries applied in real systems, and usable for research.
- Advance multiplatform-first EU digital identity wallet libraries and verifiable credentials (W3C VC, SD-JWT, ISO 18013-5).
- Prototype identity wallets to explore UX and interoperability for the EUDIW future.
- Help everyone harden mobile app security through attestation.
- Do applied research and experiments—and fold what works back into the open parts.
Tip
We serve both public institutions and private enterprises and publish as much as we can under permissive licenses.
→ Sponsoring lets us spend more time on the open parts—docs, tests, examples, and upstreaming.
What your support powers
- Security reviews & maintenance: triage, bug squashing, dependency updates.
- Bringing missing features to Kotlin Multiplatform: closing platform gaps, uplifting crypto/PKI primitives, and implementing features KMP-first.
- Interoperability & upstreaming: real-world test vectors, cross-vendor demos, and specs-aligned fixes contributed back to upstream projects so everyone benefits.
- Developer experience: samples, better error messages, starter kits, docs and demo apps.
- Roadmap experiments: wallet features, verification and attestation flows, and credential profiles.

How we share progress
We work in the open: repos, issues, PRs, and upstreaming all happen in public repositories. Expect changelogs, tagged releases, code reviews, and blatantly transparent and unfiltered discussions in the open.
