[Bug]: Files corrupted in case of network change

Bug Description

Downloaded files are corrupted (e.g. sound gaps).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download music
2. Change network (e.g. WiFi to mobile or offline to WiFi etc.)
3. Playback downloaded files

Expected Behavior

Files are deleted if download is not at 100% in one run before interrupted.

Actual Behavior

Download of file is continued instead of restarted

Thanks for the fix in 4.8.5! While rebasing my earlier PR on top of it, I noticed the opt-in resume change covers real read errors but not a clean io.EOF short of Content-Length (which some transports, including this app's uTLS client, can surface on a mid-transfer drop instead of io.ErrUnexpectedEOF) — that path still bypasses the new resume/fail logic entirely. Opened #503 as a small follow-up.
