  • Update the version 1.0.0-M7
  • Update Spring Boot compatibility range to be 3.4.x
  • Update the starter artifact IDs
  • Remove coherence starter which is no longer available
  • Add MCP client and server starters

 - Update the version 1.0.0-M7
 - Update Spring Boot compatibility range to be 3.4.x
 - Update the starter artifact IDs
 - Remove coherence starter which is no longer available
 - Add MCP client and server starters
 - Update SpringAiMcpProjectGenerationConfiguration to include the correct artifact IDs for MCP client/server
   - Update test
