This PR addresses #4873 by using
JsonWriterSettingswithJsonMode.SHELLinSerializationUtilsso thatObjectIdvalues in MongoTemplate/ReactiveMongoTemplate DEBUG logs are rendered asObjectId("…")instead of{"$oid":"…"}.
