Seems the GitHub Actions job isn't kicking off? And is this not updated by the weekly rebuild job? Which, it would seem failed due to a 404 on the schema both in the most recent automatic run and when I retriggered it

The weekly rebuild failure seems related to some URL going stale that probably needs to be updated, but I have no idea why the GHA job didn't kick off as there doesn't appear to be any relevant changes since the last time it ran successfully, and I don't see anything obviously amiss in this config or this PR. I can try a close and re-open and re-pushing the latest commit.

Ok, the URL for founding schema validation was updated by fundingjson.org. I updated it in the code.
