Stable Tumoflip release based on Unleashed 089. Report regressions in Issues.

Stable revision

• Desktop now keeps a bounded compressed animation preview while returning from
  external FAPs and aligns the handoff to the full animation loaded from SD.
• The preview cache is limited to 4 KiB and does not retain the full wallpaper
  while an external app is running.
• No public API changes; firmware API remains 88.0.

Automated release assets

This release was built by the release workflow from tag v0.3.9 at commit
6840f8069518d23db700e1ca0715f767686f15da. The workflow ran the firmware
build, release tests, validate_release.py --write-manifest, and published the
firmware plus SD package assets from the same build.

  identity and splash confirmation are pending
• the broader hardware checklist remains unchanged in
  docs/hardware-regression-checklist.md

Before flashing, back up /int and important SD files.
tumoflip-packages.zip is for TumoCompanion SD package installation; firmware
is installed separately through the standard updater package.
