+- What items do we need
+    - Jake to order boxes (same as last year) and some void fill
+    - Kit items were purchased for kit testing, so we should have it all
+- We're going to pack all kits, but some might get handed out in person at Kickstart instead

+- Nothing major
+- Removing properties is too large of a change to get in at this stage
+- Rotary encoder API wasn't implemented in time
+- Karina to work on kit UI improvements
+- Will to update core dependencies and build kit image
