Feat/bump api version and improve response handling

This PR addresses

• Use Promise.allSettled instead of Promise.all for partial failure handling #81 [1]
• Add phone mapping for user_data #80 [1]

Other changes:

• API update (v23 to v24) [1]
• Removal of some properties that must not be sent when action_source === 'business_messaging' [1]
• Simplification of the logic of the addServerEventData function [1]
• "Instagram" added as a messaging channel source [1]
• The multiple changes here were simply because the UI fields that were in the "root" have been put inside a group to make the UI cleaner.
