Adds a short note under the CIS Benchmark Audit section that:

  • defines CIS (Center for Internet Security) and the macOS benchmark, and
  • makes the "pragmatic subset of ~23 Level 1 controls, not a certified assessment" caveat visible in the README (previously only in code and the HTML footer).
