• Land the already-published v0.1.3 and v0.1.4 launcher/reliability work onto current main
• One-click startup waits for tray + Codex CDP readiness
• Force-close restart fallback for stuck Codex sessions

Why

These commits were released as GitHub assets but never merged after PR #3. This PR rebases them onto current main so later DSH work can stack cleanly.
