This PR adds
prettier,husky, andlint-stagedwith configuration that matches the mainxstaterepo. Also formatted all the project files.Was poking around the repo and it's frustrating to get inconsistent formatting since my global
prettierrcdoesn't match @mattpocock's. Also happy to just add a.prettierrcthat matches the existing formatting if you'd rather go that route!
