This PR adds comprehensive Mintlify documentation with full FRED API terms compliance.

Changes

• ✅ Removed all caching recommendations (FRED terms violation)
• ✅ Added FRED terms of use disclaimer and user responsibility notice
• ✅ Created hero images for branding
• ✅ Configured mint.json with proper paths
