View the current configuration values (prices,limits) from testnet

Hard to find the current config values. Embedded a canvas table or chart in dev docs (like what we did for real time fees)

Solved without a maintained table: docs/networks/resource-limits-fees.mdx now points to Stellar Lab's real-time Network Limits page (testnet/mainnet/futurenet) and the stellar network settings CLI command. Closing as completed.
