What problem does your feature solve?
Stellar asset issuers need to exercise their administrative privileges in the Soroban context. For example, they might need to revoke or clawback a contract's balance.
What would you like to see?
Adding a doc resource that's somewhat of a "Soroban cheat sheet for asset issuers" and covers using the cli for mint/auth/clawback/etc. (In fact asset issuer examples via the CLI has been specifically asked by the community. For example, one dev wrote in survey "Being able to set up a Stellar Asset via CLI would be nice.")
