Experiment complete — closing. Findings: Copilot auto-review fires only on PR open; manual re-requests run the full rubric in the session but publish only a stub to the PR; push / draft→ready / reopen don't trigger it at all. |

Throwaway experiment PR to measure Copilot review behavior across triggers. Only change is a typo fix (recieve-side -> receive-side). Will close after measuring.
