This release fixes issues with the new cx16 ROM (by way of recompiling with a new version of cc65, thanks @greg-king5), makes more use of the cx16's screen real estate, introduces some minor enhancements to the computer player and a brand new and shiny apple II version. Enjoy.

Well, I couldn't help but notice the cx16 folks aren't downloading this. Oh well, this is like producing music all over again ;)

Anyway, I made the splash screen a little more pretty and fixed some typos.
