This repo squash-merges: the PR title becomes the commit subject on main, so per-commit commitlint alone cannot protect main. New pr-title job lints the title against .commitlintrc.json, wired into the ci aggregate. pull_request gains the edited type; PR-event runs get a per-run concurrency group so no required run can ever end cancelled.
