Currently, when slashCommand is used within a Dialog it isn't possible to scroll the CommandList. This is because both the Dialog and Command are attached to the body however the default behaviour of Radix's Dialog is to lock scrolling on the body when open.
To circumvent this, we can modify the slashCommand function to pass a ref of a wrapping div so that the Command is attached to that element instead of the body, which fixes the scrolling issue.
