I would prefer to add the sharing policy in a Mantine Alert above the Dropzone. Something like this:
The alert should be closable. This should be pretty easy with the userPreferenceUtil.

Added a company sharing policy for issue #834.
A new company sharing policy can be made in the administrative interface. This will be shown in the middle of the dropzone component. Markdown is supported.
My apologies, it's probably messy. I haven't used any of these tools before. It's been a steep learning curve.
