This PR introduces a restore functionality for the backups script. It also changes fundamentally the codebase by introducing a very basic implementation of Typescript. There are some compromises on the quality code, but I tested this multiple times and I verified that it works as expected on a local machine.
The S3 backup has to be tested.
The restore functionality is currently available only for local backups.
