chore: checkpoint failed Next Edge delegation experiment

Summary

• Failed experiment checkpoint for the P1 Next Edge App Page/App Route delegation work.
• Preserves one extra checkpoint commit for review and possible salvage, without modifying the original PR branch contents.
• This should not be treated as merge-ready architecture.

Known Problems

• Runtime glue grew more than intended and needs a reduction pass before any real P1 merge.
• The focused App Page browser path still has a client-boundary SSR blocker after the undefined-throw fix.
• Suspicious adapters such as broad webpack-config transforms, edge WebCrypto fallback, manifest/bootstrap glue, and duplicated client-reference helpers need audit or deletion.

Test Plan

• Pre-commit hook passed on the checkpoint commit: oxfmt --no-error-on-unmatched-pattern and oxlint --fix --no-error-on-unmatched-pattern.
• Some focused unit/browser tests passed during the experiment, but the full branch is not green and should be reviewed as a failed spike.
