Summary

  • add a reusable NoTranslate utility for localized opt-outs
  • wrap search suggestions and moderation counters that update rapidly so translation stays stable
  • document the opted-out UI islands in the changelog

A good idea to apply this, but doesn't resolve the bug, so defer.
