Description

Add a NFS system test for tiered storage.

  1. Deploy a NFS using nfs-provisioner.
  2. Deploy NFS related resources, ex: services, roleBinding, serviceAccount, StorageClass,...
  3. Mount the additional NFS volume to Kafka pods as remote storage.
  4. Test tiered storage feature using Aiven FileSystem plugin.

  • Check RBAC rights for Kubernetes / OpenShift roles
  • Try your changes from Pod inside your Kubernetes and OpenShift cluster, not just locally

  • Supply screenshots for visual changes, such as Grafana dashboards
