Bumps django-upgrade from 1.29.0 to 1.29.1.

Changelog

Sourced from django-upgrade's changelog.

1.29.1 (2025-10-23)

  • Remove the AppConfig rewriting behaviour of :ref:default_auto_field <default_auto_field>. It was unsafe for projects setting DEFAULT_AUTO_FIELD to a field other than BigAutoField, triggering regressive migrations for primary keys in affected apps.

    PR [#606](https://github.com/adamchainz/django-upgrade/issues/606) <https://github.com/adamchainz/django-upgrade/pull/606>__.

Looks like django-upgrade is up-to-date now, so this is no longer needed.
