This is a temporary workaround to check PR submariner-io#3763 CI failures root cause (nftables compatibility). Background: - Fedora 43 uses nftables v1.1.3 - Current KIND nodes use nftables v1.0.6 (Debian 12) - OVN-K also use nftables v1.0.6 - v1.0.6 cannot parse v1.1.3's sets (segfaults) - This breaks kube-proxy, and ovn-k (avoid SNAT rules) causing E2E test failures Temporary workaround: - Upgrade KIND nodes to nftables v1.1.1+ during E2E setup - Uses Debian testing repository - Restarts kube-proxy to pick up new version Signed-off-by: Yossi Boaron <yboaron@redhat.com>
