fix(solana-typegen): missing export for InstructionRecord

Not having the InstructionRecord exported from the abi.support.ts can lead to errors in the instruction.ts file, depending on the typescript setup of the project

Example of the error thrown:

1. Exported variable 'initializeConfig' has or is using name 'InstructionRecord' from external module 
2. "[...]/src/contracts/abi.support" but cannot be named.
