update the mainfest.json for PWA app

I got the manifest rating suggestion from https://www.pwabuilder.com). Since Google Play requires apps to meet specific manifest standards, I initially tested with PWA Builder, which provided recommendations to improve manifest.json.

Yes, when I looked up IARC, I saw that it is done when publishing to an established platform.

Is there any further work before it can be added for newer Android devices?
