Hey Om Santosh,
before
Screencast from 2025-04-25 08-13-37.webm
I’ve added a section in the README about running the Docker container with volume mounting.
The issue I ran into was that even after rebuilding the Docker image, the updated code wasn’t reflecting inside the container. After digging in, it looked like a Docker caching problem where changes to local files weren’t syncing into the container on runtime.
Adding this line fixed it:
Screencast from 2025-04-25 07-59-57.webm
docker run -v $(pwd):/app your-image-nameAfter this, the updates started showing in real-time as expected.
Expected Behavior (After Fix):
Any code changes made locally are instantly reflected inside the container.
No need to rebuild the Docker image again and again during development.
Much smoother dev experience while using Docker.
Evidence:
I’ve also recorded a short video that shows the issue in action — the default Docker run does not reflect live changes, but once volume mounting is added, everything starts updating instantly.
Let me know if you’d like me to share it here or upload it somewhere for reference.
Let me know if this looks good. Tagging you for review and verification —
