Hi maintainers 👋

This PR addresses issue #4682 by upgrading jQuery from 2.1.4 to 3.7.1. I've replaced the old script reference in index.html with the latest CDN version and removed the local jQuery file. All tests are passing ✅

Please take a look when you have a moment. Let me know if any changes are needed. Thanks!

fix(#4500): Prevent caching for android_chrome_manifest.json

  • Added cache-control headers in .htaccess to disable caching for android_chrome_manifest.json.
  • This ensures that the latest version of the manifest is always served and resolves issues with the cached version blocking the Google Play submission.

Did you test this? (Beyond the unit tests, which don't really exercise jquery.)
