This PR addresses two issues related to Custom Pitch Blocks (Issue #4724):
1.Identity Loss: Custom Pitch Blocks were incorrectly reverting to regular "Pitch Blocks" when dragged from the palette.
2.Missing Preview: Clicking on Custom Pitch Blocks (and regular Pitch Blocks) in the palette did not play a preview sound.
