Previously only Spanish and Australian English had special-case locale handling in defaultVoice(). Users with LANG=hi_IN, zh_CN, ja_JP, fr_FR or pt_BR always fell back to English. Added locale detection for Hindi, Chinese, Japanese, French and Portuguese to match the multilingual voices now available via Kokoro TTS.
