👋 About Me

I’m a Bioinformatics Scientist specializing in cancer genomics, currently working as a Bioinformatics Researcher at the Leicester Cancer Research Centre. Previously, I completed my PhD within the Mesothelioma Research Program, where I focused on immunogenomic mechanisms and pathway-level analyses of tumour evolution.

My interests span RNA-seq, pathway inference (GSEA/PROGENy/ssGSEA), causal modelling, and immunotherapy response prediction.

Outside of research, I love playing music, performing live, and spending time snowboarding.
