So this was the part of the extension I didn't quite know what to do with when converting from anvio to hmmer. As it's currently written, there is nothing that uses the output of any of the rules below (and including) the one you edited. Is that part of the pipeline useful and should it be revived? Moved to its own extension? Removed? |
