Added a quickstart guide for using LYRA and e-Callisto data with SunPy and radiospectra, including installation instructions and common errors encountered.

Adds a quickstart example for LYRA and eCALLISTO data.

This includes:

• Fetching data using SunPy Fido
• Plotting LYRA time series
• Loading eCALLISTO spectrograms
• Common issues and fixes encountered setup

This is intended to improve beginner onboarding and documentation.
