I noticed that the
workspace/configurationflow wasn't properly supported – we only requested the config when receiving aworkspace/didChangeConfigurationrequest (which is the old flow).TBH I don't think merging this is even necessary, since we'll search for and parse a
pglsp.tomlfile once this is merged which is probably the better approach. :)
