Description

This PR improves Publish command using Service Client in dry run mode to catch errors before actual publish. This also enables to publish multiple file types (profile, map, provider) in one run. Missing tests, clean up and maybe some command interface update (interactive?). Also should be able to prefix local provider to unverified- before publishing,
