Worked on an update for this demo for Hub API:

  • Updates the LangChain OpenAI and LangChain Core packages to latest
  • Updates code in the example to work with the new updates
  • Adds function description comments
  • Adds colors library to make the console output clearer
  • Updates readme with new details on .env use and fixes some typos
