This PR fixes two findings, we observed during a workshop session:
--profile PROFILE_NAMEtag requires an CDK project already initiated500response from the Lambda function. We noticed the Lambda function was missing basic CloudWatch actions.In order to add Cloudwatch to Lab 2's hands-on chapter and get rid of some text duplicates comming from the overview chapter, I re-organised Lab 2 hands-on chapter.
