This is a massive rewrite of the datapack to support referencing models via name starting in 1.21.4. In support of this, I reworked the overlays for older minecraft so ALL possible datapack versions can be serviced from this single zip. This has been fully tested, as it comes with the development of sample resource packs tested in all major versions with distinct DataPack/ResourcePack format pairs since 1.17.0.
